UNICONTROL

The UNICONTROL series has been designed and developed to respond, in an adequate and complete way, to customer requests in the field of industrial automation: from the management of the stand-alone machine to the large production complex (therefore including one or more main production processes and various ancillary processes, normally managed by ad hoc packages) UNICONTROL switchboards are the best solution in terms of increasing productivity, efficiency of industrial processes, process control.

Construction features and equipment are fully configurable by the customers according to their needs, such as:

• PLC / PAC models of the most popular brands on the market (Rocwkell Automation Control and Compact Logix series, ABB AC series, Siemens Simatic series, Schneider Electric Modicon series, Mitsubishi Melsec series, HIMA HIMax series, Wago PCF series)
• Power supplies, PLC / PAC and Remote I / O in single or redundant execution
• Power supplies, PLC / PAC and Remote I / O in safety execution (IEC61508, IEC61511)
• Interfaces with Remote I / O, VFD and soft-starter according to the most popular and reliable industrial automation protocols (Ethernet / IP, Modbus TCP / RTU, Ethercat, Profinet, Profibus DP / PA, Foundation Fieldbus, CC-Link, MELSECNET / H, AS-Interface), in copper or optical fiber, with star topologies, daisy-chain, single or double redundant ring
• Interface with HMI, SCADA and DCS on Ethernet layer or in any case equivalent industrial protocols
• Use of galvanic separators (PRElectronics, Weidmuller, Seneca) and / or barriers for classified environments (Pepperl & Fuchs K and H series)
• Use of HART multiplexers (Pepperl & Fuchs KFD series, Eaton MTL series, Phoenix-Contact MACX series)
• Specific components for harsh environments
• Carpentry in painted sheet steel according to RAL code or stainless steel for harsh or hygienic environment (AISI304, AISI 316L)
• Use of remote telecontrol hardware (eWON, Insys, Mikrotik) and related management software
• Specific product line dedicated to TBM (Tunnel Boring Machines): UINICONTROL-T
